iNNutriGEL is a food technology company founded as a start-up in 2005, financed
by private investors. We are situated in the High-tech / Bio-tech cluster Schlieren
in the western part of Zurich.
iNNutriGEL owns the exclusive and worldwide rights for all food applications of a
series of InnoGEL patents around the starch network technology. Our technology
is based on a physical process with starch and water only.
iNNutriGEL has focussed on applications for gelatine-free confectionery and on
slow carb applications for starch containing food.
